Feel The Burn Bootcamp’s fitness instructors show their clients what people mean by “a good kind of burn.” They know that a truly successful workout pushes muscles, whereas ineffective exercises do not. To ensure bodies get their due, instructors host daily outdoor classes with varying exercises to engage every muscle in the body. One minute they encourage clients to do as many bicycle crunches they can. The next, they lead them through rows of tires, the most common obstacle encountered while walking on a sidewalk. This denial of monotony keeps minds engaged and muscles continually bending, pulling, and building strength throughout each class.
