Fantastic staff. Great environment. Highly recommend.
It was cramped. I think they are trying to do too much in that space.
It would have been nice if the girls could have sat in the same room so they could chat. It took three weeks to get an appointment. She said they were phasing out groupon + princess spa as she was medical beautician + would focus on that area.
I took two 8 year old girls on Saturday for a birthday treat, I could have done a better job myself at home, the nail varnish came off later that evening, and I was charged MORE than my groupon cost me. I paid $29.99 for the groupon and then had to pay a further $38.00 dollars to the salon owner. $10.00 per child for foot washing (last time I looked foot washing was part of a pedicure)!!! and $8 per child for an overcoat of sparkles on the nails. Total rip off.
I was disappointed in this service. It ended up only being a toe and nail polish with a small amount of nail filing. I was expecting more. I didn't realize there would be an extra charge for soaks, glitter and anything else they considered "extra". Unfortunately my daugther's polish didn't even last the day! Will just do it at home from now on...
Not very friendly. The princess mani-pedi cost extra which is not mentioned in the coupon. The only thing this includes is nail polish. My girl only got her fingers and toes painted. No soak or scrub or lotion. Nothing. My original coupon expired so I bought another for 2 girls and I was not allowed to use it. I was told they were booking those for the fall. There is no date mentioned in the coupon either. The girls I took in didn't even get to spend time with each other. They were separated the whole time. The "spa" part and customer service is lacking. Don't waste your money.
The chair for the pedicure was not working and this was a feature I was really looking forward to using.
