The guy that runs it is very abrasive, I was called and booked in the same day... They sent me 4 8 min videos to watch, I didn't have time as I was with children all day and he seemed pretty upset with me. Also trying to find the place is insane, there is no signage anywhere and there website has no info... It is inside a mall behind a subway but you can't even see the name of the company until you walk directly into the mall, as it has some sort of huge "laser" sign which is not what I was expecting. Then I couldn't get a hold of them to get directions because they NEVER answer their phone. Not looking forward to using the rest of my coupons but will continue as I have paid for them
Great place. Alot of places lack in customer service when they know you have a groupon but not this place. Service, staff, everything was great!
I had not heard of Joychi Health before groupon but I'm very glad I did. A nice relax for some mom time.
Low level if professionalism
Great knowledgable staff. Super friendly. I will definitely return.
For question 2, I only wouldn't have gone because it's expensive. Companies that have used Groupon for customers to experience something they normally wouldn't have because of the price are very smart in my opinion. I even am happy so far with what I purchased that I may be buying more services from the company as a result.
I am very pleased so far and happy they offered a Groupon.
I like the treatments and the staff are really nice
After 2 treatments, I didn't notice any difference. However, I was told I would need up to 6 treatments to notice any changes and I wasn't prepared to pay for more. It is a good selling feature. The people there were really nice, and helpful. It probably works for most people.
I phoned to make my appointments for the six sessions and one of the sessions got screwed up by them and now I had to miss the session. I drove there in crappy weather and it was too bad you missed your session even though I had told them I didn't want it for that night and switched it for the evening I went didn't matter too them, so No I would not go back or recommend it to anyone unless you know your schedule.
