From Our Editors
At Pho House, bowls of the traditional Vietnamese noodle soup are served and assembled right at the table. Each is served with a combination of onion, scallion, cilantro, fresh bean sprouts, basil leaves, and a wedge of lime, along with each dish's special additions.
