At Atlas Yoga Studios, instructors want to help their students learn to integrate yoga into their daily lives, which the team facilitates by opening classes to all ages and fitness levels. The instructors even allow students to start mid-class if that better suits their schedules. The studio's classes use the Atlas method, which focuses on building mental, physical, and spiritual balance.
