Possessing a master’s degree in exercise science and multiple training certifications, Matt Constantino prides himself on leading clients through evidence-based fitness programs that range from group classes to boot camps and personal training. Refining his approach over nearly 20 years of experience, Matt doesn’t want clients to just work out and leave. Instead, he educates them on making choices both inside and outside the gym, teaching proper form to prevent injury and maximize the effectiveness of each exercise. He also advises on nutrition and shares some of his favorite recipes, such as baby greens, shrimp, and pickled butternut squash served in a hollowed-out kettlebell.
