Your training begins with a complimentary Fitness Assessment to outline individual fitness needs based on your present fitness level, and also helps define a fitness roadmap to address your long term goals. Typically, private training sessions focus on total body strength, metabolic conditioning, fat loss, flexibility, core and low back care. However, training can be tailored to meet special needs such as speed and agility, aspiring athletic needs, muscle massing, and quality of life preservation for our seniors. Sessions are one hour in length.
Buddy Training (2 people) with a Personal Trainer

Small Group Personal Training (3 to 4 people)
Small Group Training is energetic and fun! The camaraderie of the group is motivational and adds additional accountability and support. Small Group Training also further reduces the individual cost of personal training.
Comprehensive Fitness Plan
A Comprehensive Fitness Plan includes five half hour sessions with a trainer. These sessions will be used to assess your fitness level and physical capabilities, for skill training on exercises that will be part of your fitness plan, and to help you outline achievable goals within a reasonable timeline.

Corrective Exercise is a systemic therapeutic process of identifying musculoskeletal dysfunction and muscular imbalances that can be the root cause of injuries, slow recovery and unexplained pain associated with daily activities.
MyoSkeletal Therapy - MILTON location only
MyoSkeletal Therapy focuses on treating stubborn pain conditions by mobilizing joints through muscle manipulation...decreasing muscle pain, increasing range of motion, reducing muscle tightness and strains, while improving the capacity for sports and other physical activities. Helps manage trigger points and adhesions from injuries allowing for better mobility of the joints.
