My kids liked the hotel and the park. I arrived around midnight when there were literally no guests were at the lobby but Check-in was terribly long. They couldn’t find my name or reservation for awhile. I felt like they cheated with the upgrade option too. I paid extra $80 for a room with a balcony, and it was still a regular themed room but I was told it was fully themed.

Everyone had their space. The room was a but tight for the kids but it was still good. I would have liked a little more room for them in their room.

The room was spacious for myself and two kids ages 8 and 4). The amenities were amazing and worth every penny! Nightly activities, lego pits everywhere throughout the main lobby, arcade, steps away from the park and not to mention the Bricks buffet restaurant was amazing! Food and selection is great not to mention breakfast is free!

Great experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was adorable and plenty of space. There are a lot of activities for kids and Great breakfast choices. The location is great for entrance to Legoland. Overall, we had a great time; would definitely recommend and look forward to going back.
