Having recently relocated to a brand new space, Sant? Pilates Studio's students now have even more room to stretch, bend, and flex. All of the classes incorporate the use of reformers and mixed equipment, including TRX suspension and a springboard, to amp up the lengthening and strengthening effects of Pilates motions. Sant?'s instructors work with students to ensure proper form during both group and individual classes, and more than 15 class times are available throughout the week.
