I was very, very disappointed with your services. We did not receive a full body detail, which is the Groupon package we purchased. What we received is a car was which was a $15.000 value. According to you the full detail package had a value of $175.00. The job I received was no where near that in value. A full detail involves the entire exterior and interior. The inside of my car had smudges of untouched dirt, no Armorall was used and the sides of the doors were untouched. When offering a discount through Groupn, customers are still to receive the same level of service. If you do not feel the Groupon price is worth the work needed for a full detail, then do not offer the Groupon. Do not immediately tell the customer the Groupon did not include all vehicles, but you will honor it anyway. The details of the Groupon did not mention the exclusion of any vehicle type. Lastly, do not immediately ask the customer for additional money for more services so the car would come out well. The point of Groupon is not to get customers in to ask for more money. Up until this incident, I have had nothing but wonderful exoeerinces with Groupon. Perhaps Groupon is not a service you should offer because it does not seem to be a good fit.
