Regardless coupons are not, your car should be given the same service at all times, more so if it is included in your coupon. I should have pointed out the dash board and my tires for the price I purchased the coupon, but I was disappointed so I did it my self . I guess they just forgotten because there were a few cars behind me? Yet the summer is coming so you'll have other customers to keep you open. Full service is "FULL SERVICE".

The upsell of the compound to my truck when I did the detailing package was not impressive and the back of my truck was not vacuumed or shampooed other than that I thought the rest was great for the deal.

VAS was not friendly when they learned that I had a Groupon. They yelled at me, and told me that I should have presented it to them prior to service done on my vehicle. Would they have used inferior oil or something...? It was the same service regardless...
