inexperienced personnel. car is not dried properly. no one watching to see that things are done the right way. Other car washes that i have gone to are much better and more attentive than this one. Groupon is a costly form of advertisement and is gear towards steering new business your way. If you don't serve the new customers with excellent service then you have wasted your money.

I love Victory Auto Spa! I got into the trend of using V.I.P just as most of my friends have, but I changed my mind after Groupon reminded me of what a great place Victory truly is. After my last wash at Victory, I can honestly say I will NEVER go to any other cash wash but Victory. Thank you Groupon !!

please do a more thorough job. The people on the register are great, but I wouldn't call what I experienced a "wash"

the only problem was that they added tax which I expected, and $2.00 extra for a truck, which I did not expect. I have a 2012 Ford Edge and it is a little bigger than a car so I gave him the extra money. Was that at truism or did I get scammed?

The wash was horrible, had to tell the person to rewash certain spots, car was giving back wet and armor all was never applied.
