The waitress was really bad. Even when the dining room was empty, it took a really long time for her to get our drinks. She walked by us empty-handed so many times, and had to take multiple trips for things that she could have easily carried in one. This would have been understandable if she were a new waitress, but what was inexcusable was hearing her make snarky comments to the cook. I've waited tables and of course you're going to make fun of customers, but there's not much division between the kitchen and tables and we can hear you, so save it until we're gone.
Also, the food wasn't nearly good enough to justify all that. It was really greasy and gross.

The food was delicious, my daughters even said so and they are hard critics !!! The manager was very polite, he greeted us upon arrival and departure.

I had the gnocci and my wife had the balsamic vegetable calzone.

My gnocci was great. There were plenty of sundried tomatoes. The sauce was creamy and perfect. The only way the dish could be improved is if fresh basil was used instead of dried. Perhaps a restaurant vendor (Sysco or otherwise) sells frozen blocks of herbs that could be used instead; I have a tub of frozen lemongrass in my freezer that works perfectly for making Thai food at home. If the herbs are going to be cooked anyway, it wouldn't matter that they come from frozen, and it'd be more cost-effective than keeping the fresh stuff around.
I wish that the area the place is located on Semoran looked nicer, but there's nothing that Brick & Fire can do about that. We definitely enjoyed our dining experience.

Service was slow. The place looked and smelled old. I guess I should expect that when I pay a dollar for a 14 inch pizza.
