American and Mexican cuisine collide at La Cantina. Here, chefs take customers' taste buds south of the border with their tasty Mexican dishes. They don't stop there though. Along with regular American cuisine such as their signature pork loin sandwich, the cooks at La Cantina make Mexican-inspired burgers, including Howie's Special. Chefs adorn a half-pound of black angus beef with grilled pineapple and jalapenos to make this Mexican/American fusion.
