CCF is a great workout! I like that it's a nonthreatening environment. Serious athletes and novices work side by side and cheer each other on. The coaches are all very friendly and helpful. They will always be able to suggest a way to modify a move or challenge you to work to your potential. The variety of class times is awesome, too!!
