Tips
excellent service and very reasonable prices
food was very delicious too will definitely go again.
All completary food was amazing 👍 Also liked halwa and dosa and lady was scary sorry for my crazy hungry dad he is still waiting for buttermilk
Good delicious dosa, idli, sambhar and churned, and sambhar👌
But this is my sggestion they should have a combo with dosa, Idli, badaa, and sambhar.
In the Thali ask for Dosas instead of Chapati's.
They changed the location and management.
At new location very very slow service. Different server come and ask our order multiple times. After 30 mins of wait when food come it was mediocre at the best.
The new place is not accepting coupons anymore
Enjoyed the South Indian meals. Will visit again.
This is the place for South Indian food. Now it has been moved to 18621 Pioneer Blvd. at Artesia. So it become more convenient to visit :)
From Our Editors
Chennai Tiffins' namesake city, Chennai, is nicknamed The Gateway to South India. And while Chennai Tiffins may be situated in Cerritos, it's a gateway to South India, too—at least in the culinary sense. The vegetarian eatery's team specializes in dosas, ultra-thin Southern Indian crepes made from fermented rice batter, then filled with spiced potatoes and other savory delicacies. Chutneys and sambar, a South Indian–style vegetable soup, round out the meals, and they're found at a self-serve bar, a convenience only surpassed by self-cooking naan.
