About Vinita’s Sewing School
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Small group and individual sewing lessons offered. Lessons are geared toward each students interest and ability.
Do you provide any materials? What should your students expect to bring?
Sewing machines and sewing tools are are provided. No materials are needed for the first lesson. Students provide their fabric and notions for additional lessons. Pattern packets are available for an additional cost.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have loved crafting since I was very young and learned to sew from a family friend when I was 12. While looking for a way to work from home a few years ago I discovered a way to share my love of sewing with others by giving sewing lessons at home.
What do you love most about your job?
I love working from home and teaching others to sew. I have also learned a lot, and developed my own skills in the process.
