Details of this groupon is false. At visit I was told how any calories to eat how much my body fat was and to take pills mailed to me and eat food on menu that would be emailed to me and sent on my way. Pills arrived 3 mo later and no meal plan given

I had my initial appointment but didn't come home with anything, I am not really sure what to think as I haven't been able to start using their services. I had to wait 24 hours to receive the written materials online, and I have to wait up to 10 business days to receive the vitamins in the mail, however my services start the day of the appt I had last week and it is only a 4 week program. They are very nice and pleasant to work with though.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience here. The groupon promised 4 weeks of monitoring and personalized meal and exercise plans with a full body scan etc. When I went down I was told that I would only get all that if my insurance would pay for it. I was given less than an hour with a consultant where he took my measurments, gave me some supplements and said he'd call me when he heard back from my insurance company. I never heard from him again. I will NEVER buy anything else from this company nor would I reccommend them to anyone else. I would have never spent the money on this in the first place but all the promised monitoring and scans sounded like a good deal. Guess not.

I feel this was a scam. It wasn't a Drs. office or a weight loss clinic like I expected. It was a guy in a tiny rented office space, who didn't know anything about the business, the groupon or even discuss all the things that were included on the groupon, things I thought i was going to receive. I did not recieve anything the groupon stated was included. Nothing.

My main complaint is that the groupon was that the company states we receive all these things as part of the program and I didn't receive it. The program is for 4 weeks and I couldn't even start the program until 4 days in. My appt. was on Thursday, I didn't get my diet plan and login information until Saturday.and that was after I had to send an email asking for it when it was suppose to be provided to me by 11am Friday. I tried calling but received a message that the mailbox was full??? So I finnally get my "taylored to me" diet plan, and there are things on there I specifically told Nancy I was allergic to??? I was told that I can't change my plan on my own because they are designed based on the glycemic index. I have to ask my coach to change the diet plan. So I sent my coach a mail message on Sat. and she didn't even introduce herself until Monday. I tell her that I can't eat some of the things on the diet plan and she said "tell me what your allergies are and we will get this fixed asap." Ok so I did and the response I was given a day later was "Just replace what you can't eat with what you like but watch out for the calories" ??? I thought it was taylored to the glycemic index? This is all happening while I'm battling system issues with the company. One day I couldn't get into the system for hours....and we are suppose to check in with the coach once a day...which I tried to do but her mailbox was full??? The only help I received is when I emailed their support department.
