EnVie Fitness provides women with a comfortable space with a lake view where they can not only improve their physical fitness, but also work toward a healthier lifestyle in general. Members enjoy access to gym equipment and a whole host of small-group classes led by instructors who specialize in female fitness. But they can also work with the staff to develop a nutrition program, and continue that hard work at home. EnVie understands that it's not always easy to fit a workout into your daily schedule, so each location stays open from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., 365 days a year.
