Unprofessional. They called lots of times from different phone numbers about the appointment, and we were given the runaround then finally had to reschedule. They are supposed to come now in two days but I'm not holding my breath.

Tech came out, spent time on our roof and then told me we need a new unit. We have a brand name Carrier unit which it seems could have at the very lest giving the option to replace only the condenser. But right away to say $5000 not good. Out Group on including cleaning on out "unit" but the tech did not come in to even look at the blower unit inside the house. Also the coupon included 1lbs of refrigerant and that was not installed ether. Overall not pleased with what we received. Already today we have contacted another company and they are seemingly willing to get our unit operational and $5000 wasn't even part of the conversation. My biggest bug is the coolant should have been charged.
