I expected more household items, instead there were rings, aloe vera cream, etc.. I would have loved seeing fans, furnishings displayed from various manufactures. While they did have furnishing, it was from 1 group. I expected something similar to a car show, lots of variety from different manufacturers.

The Sales people were WAY too aggressive and rude, so we didn't have freedom to just walk and look w/o being yelled at every few minutes...literally! It was like walking a gauntlet. I couldn't believe they thought that was going to make anyone want to use their services. They did that even when we were walking in the main aisles and talking with each other. We wanted to get a overview of what was out there for windows, kitchen counter-tops & tiles & cabinets for future projects. We both left there so disappointed & harassed-feeling!! It was like going into 50 used car dealerships all in a row! Ugh! If there is any way to let the companies know this for next year, that would be great. Only 7-8 booths we stopped at were not that way. One was the 10,000 Villages booth, which was GREAT! Another was a rug seller--but not the Hadeed booth. Another good one was a place that had larger slabs of granite on display (Fairfax Marble & Granite?), near the front where we entered. The "good ones" answered our questions and let us have time to look and to talk with each other, instead of being grilled and pressured & interrupted when having private conversation. They also asked some questions, but not loudly. I would have loved to be able to go into many booths and look at their products and take literature, etc., but did not feel free to do that when they started yelling right from the first seconds. The teeth whitening booth was hilarious! It was full of people every time we went by. Our insurance office was considering having a booth there next year for home insurance, but I will advise against it. Maybe it was just on the last day, but it was very uncomfortable to have such overly aggressive/abusive sales people. Really, just treating customers with basic politeness would be more effective. Thanks for giving me a place to "vent"!

Not as many vendors as in times past & there were some vendors that were not even related to the industry. There were a few vendors which I will follow up & contact for potential future work yet too many not industry related
