The cookie itself was great. thank you! The customer service left me with mixed emotions. I talked with Kayleigh one night. She sounded grumpy when she answered the phone, and then she discouraged me from placing my order. She said they lose a lot of orders so I should just come by the day of. ?!?! I called back and left a message for the manager but never got a call back. I called a third time to place an order, and this time I talked to Sophie. She was WONDERFUL! Polite, friendly, helpful. Cannot say enough good things about her. I had to call back and change the pick-up date, and the person who helped me that day was very accommodating too. When I actually went to pick up the cake, the two girls were carrying on a conversation and didn't acknowledge that I had approached the counter. I said "excuse me" three times before they stopped their conversation and realized that I was there. Definitely think there were a lot of opportunities for improvement.
