That, or owner Henry Hay will call out to you and invite you into his office. For more than 30 years, Henry and his team have upheld Southern hospitality as the central component of their business. When Henry’s son David came on board, he gave him one direction for interacting with guests: treat them like Mom.

Today, as members of the Tire Pros network of independent tire dealers, the Hays sell and service tires from brands such as Michelin, Uniroyal, and Firestone. Beyond the wheels, auto technicians tend to the rest of vehicles with maintenance services such oil changes, running computer diagnostics, and refilling the air conditioner with ice cubes. The waiting area invites guests to relax with free fresh popcorn and a section for kids. For those who need to get on with their day, the shop’s staff offers complimentary shuttle service to local destinations.
