Camped on a corner across from Folly Beach, Snapper Jack's is "three tiers of fun," according to the Charleston City Paper. The three tiers are easy to identify. Inside on the bottom floor, a wrap-around bar slings drinks and a stage pumps out live music. Upstairs, guests people-watch or catch a game on one of the sports bar's 20 TVs. A newly remodeled stage invites musicians and music fans upstairs and down for live music Thursday through Sunday. Finally, on the third floor is the restaurant's piece de resistance: an open-air patio that grants views of the pier, the ocean, and a horizon that stretches until it butts against Neptune's privacy fence. As a bonus, In warm months, a sidewalk café with limited seating and large open windows give guests a prime view of the town. Anywhere at Snapper Jack's, diners can feast on the smoky flavor a wood grill sears into burgers, steaks, and lobster tails.
