Charlotte Yoga provides personalized classes that inspire attendees to grow physically and spiritually. CY's classes continually raise the bar by offering each student the opportunity to challenge themselves to their physical and mental limits in a fun, friendly and positive atmosphere. Their class schedule includes a range of yoga styles ranging from traditional vinyasa and deep stretch to intensive core and strength training. Charlotte Yoga has two locations in the Queen City. The original CY is located at Park and Woodlawn in ParkTowne Village Shopping Center. A second location is located just outside of Uptown in SouthEnd at 1430 Winnifred Street. Both studios have integrated sound systems, large windows, mirrored walls, retail offerings, towel service and full changing and shower facilities. Mats may be rented or purchased.
