The Pure Barre Classic class is a unique way to build strength, endurance and tone your muscles in a safe, low impact manner through the use of small focused movements at the ballet barre. Lean muscle definition coupled with improved flexibility, posture and coordination help to create a strong yet graceful barre body, and while the flow of class is always the same, we are always changing the music & exercises, so you never experience the same class twice!
The Pure Empower Class is cross training for your body. Empower is a high-intensity, low-impact interval class that elevates your heart rate, builds strength, and rev’s up your metabolism to push you beyond your goals. In Empower you perform multi-directional, dynamic movements while using, hand weights, wrist weights, ankle weights and a plyometric platform to target different muscle groups simultaneously- at an invigorating pace. It is the perfect class to elevate your workout.
