Fun location! Take the family!
I LOVE the Shake Shack- but don't stop there often because they are cash only and I never carry cash. Accepting cards would increase my visits!
Very friendly, easy access, great milkshake
Good ice cream; nice atmosphere.
We arrived at 8:58 on a Friday night during the summer, and they had their closed sign up. The owners who run the shop seemed stressed at our arrival, and told us several times they were about to close. They shoo'd a whole bunch of people out at 9:00 and left us all sitting outside on benches while they drove away. They don't seem to enjoy their business. I suggested they stay open later on weekends and in the summer, and they said they are open 7 days a week and have other jobs. I'd suggest that if they don't have the staffing to provide a better customer experience, they either hire someone or don't open on Sundays or Mondays.
You guys are great! You always make us feel welcome! Even when you're busy you never act rushed. It's always a treat to come there!
keep up the good work....
