Like its namesake, ZEBRA Restaurant has many, many stripes. The owners cosmopolitan (English - American - French) backgrounds have included, since 2000 our very own Charlotte, NC. ZEBRA incorporates all of the above in inspired ways. Par example, a meal might begin with seared foie gras de canard and then include Short Smoked Potato Spun Salmon or Duck Prepared Two Ways with a Port Demi glace. ZEBRA also offers lighter fare with a Bar Menu, Live Music on the renovated patio every Friday and brunch on Sundays. Guests will find plenty of distinctive wines to pair with their distinctive meals, thanks to a list that includes more than 500 varietals. The service is top-notch as well, helping ZEBRA earn one of AAA's coveted Four Diamond awards.
