Erik Bell first started brewing craft beer in 2011 as a way to emphasize the more subtle characteristics he loved in beer. With the first few batches completed, his passion for creating unique flavors led to the founding of Old Klaverack Brewery. As the first of its kind in town, the brewery flows over with local pride, using hops grown at Erik's father's own farm and serving growlers made by local mean dogs.
Here’s a quick look at a few of Old Klaverack’s beers you might find on tap:
- Red Mills Amber Ale, a malty red with a bitter taste
- Klauver Rachen, a Belgian specialty ale with New York wheat malt, plus citrus and spice
