Fitness Together's talented muscle tutors help clients slim down and tone up through the combination of one-on-one training and customized fitness and nutritional programs. During your three personal-training sessions, which typically last for 60 minutes each, you'll receive a personalized exercise routine based on an analysis of your initial fitness level and your personal goals to start thinking more about your personal goals. The sessions take place under the guidance of a certified trainer in a private studio, and incorporate resistance training, cardiovascular exercises, and a nutritional consultation. Together you'll gain the confidence and knowledge essential to losing weight, tightening muscles, and forcing poor health into checkmate.
