VIVE for Women's founders set out to create the most complete 60-minute workout for women in the country. Every VIVE class integrates five modules of training to maximize results and is designed to help participants burn 600 calories in one hour. Classes focus on cardio conditioning, core stability, functional training, strength, and toning.
VIVE uses state-of-the-art technology and equipment, including a Flexline cable system with Bluetooth technology that allows you to increase your weight with a push of a button and heart rate monitoring technology that shows participants' heart rates on a big screen TV. The facility also has curved, non-motorized treadmills that will designed to help the body burn 30% more calories versus traditional treadmills.
