Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
I keep everyone motivated by maintaining and enthusiastic attitude and playing great music. I also down the steps to make this class as easy as possible. After being in the fitness industry for 25 years, I know how to make a class exciting and fun. I also give free gifts to the students when they complete challenges.

No, but I was featured in the lifestyle section of the Times Free Press.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
I'm certified in Zumba Basics 1, Zumba Basics 2, Zumba Toning, Aqua Zumba, kickboxing, CPR/AED, and group fitness. I also often give free gifts to the students when they complete challenges, and sometimes for just being there.
