Malani's American Cuisine serves classic American dishes, made from scratch, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Chefs kick off their days in the kitchen by flipping red velvet waffles and omelets on the griddle, and tossing hash browns and pork or turkey sausage patties onto plates with southern-style grits. Later in the day, chefs build sandwiches and wraps with crispy or grilled chicken, applewood-smoked bacon, and honey or spicy mustard dressings; or you can choose to build your own burger. Nathan’s all-beef hot dogs tuck into buns with ladles of chili, coleslaw, or cheese; while daily specials pair bites of grilled or fried tilapia with creamy macaroni and cheese, cabbage, yams or potato salad. The kitchen supersizes orders for catering requests to feed guests at corporate gatherings, family reunions, anniversaries, reception and graduations.
