I was very dissatisfied with the Groupon I purchased for pure Elements, for three house cleaning sessions The first problem I encountered was when I attempted to schedule my first house cleaning. I had to make multiple phone calls and I filed a complaint with Groupon before a return phone call was made to me. On the day I received the return phone call, I spoke with Veronica., I scheduled all three of my appointments due to the difficulty contacting them. The appointments were made for Friday July 26th, Friday August 16th, and Sunday September 8th. At that time, Veronica told me the Groupon would be honored in September due to their difficulty scheduling cleaning sessions. I did receive the service on July 26th. On August 16th, I received a telephone call from pure Elements, telling me that the two employees scheduled to clean my house did not show up for work. At that time, I was rescheduled for Friday, August 23rd at 10:00 Am. I was told the Groupon would be honored, as they were the ones to have to cancel the appointment. On August 23rdAt 10:25 Am, , no one came to my house to clean. I called the company at 10:25 AM (351-4893) to inquire about my appointment. I left a message on the machine, requesting a call back, which I did not receive. I called again at 11:35 AM, left a second message, also requesting a call back. As of now, August 27th at 2:00 PM, I have not received a return telephone call. I am grateful for Groupns prompt response to my compolaint, and will continue to purchase from them, as I have been well satisfied with past purchases. I was very disappointed, as I am seeking a regular cleaning service, and felt this Groupon gave the opportunity to try out a company before hiring them on a regular basis.
