Hire someone to train your entire staff regarding proper pars for food, how to take orders, how to listen to customers, and how to relay specific information to the people who need to know, i.e. if a customer can't have mushrooms, have the chef leave out mushrooms. If the chef can't do that, tell the customer so they can change their order instead of waiting 15 minutes to figure it out
