Went to the warrior class, it was a good workout. My only complaint about the gym is that it was pretty warm in there. They had AC but no fans to help with ventilation.

I love that they have a variety of classes of different lengths. It’s nice to get a quick, but tough 30 minute workout if you’re short on time. They also have Normatec recovery boots which are great for keeping the legs fresh.

Boxing Bootcamp
Train like a fighter without the black-eye! In this intense workout you will learn proper boxing technique - punches, footwork, head movement, and defensive positions - while getting a solid aerobic and conditioning workout. No contact is made as all drills are done on mitts or while shadow boxing. So float like a butterfly, sting like a bee and get some super toned arms, shoulders and abs in the process. Modifications will be given. All levels welcome!
Chisel fo' Shizzel
Chisel fo' Shizzel® is a strength class with personality! Created in 2011 by fitness motivator Susanna Kalnes, this format utilizes free weights, is taught in a group setting, and is suitable for participants of all fitness levels. Each 30 or 45-minute class features a set of choreographed songs that are designed to help students reach muscle fatigue. Results include increased muscle tone, decreased "jiggle," and an overall sense of empowerment that comes with having a body that is chiseled...for shizzel! Modifications will be given, all levels welcome!

Knead to Stretch
Knead to Stretch® is an ENRGi trademarked class. The instructor will lead you through a variety of deep muscle stretches, yoga-inspired poses, and kneading/muscle release techniques to help your muscles recover from a hard week of fitness classes. Taking this class at least once a week will increase your flexibility and improve your recovery, which will enhance all your other workouts. It will feel amazing and is just what your body kneads. All levels welcome.
Open Gym S.W.A.T.
Recommended for unlimited members, including workout challenge members. Choose from 2 different S.W.A.T. workouts each week. Although trainer is present to help with set-up and questions, the workout is self-guided.
PiYo
PiYo takes the very best Pilates- and Yoga-inspired moves and cranks up the speed to give you full-throttle cardio, strength,and flexibility training - all at once. PiYo Packs it ALL into each workout so you can build lean muscle mass - as you're burning crazy calories!
Power Abs
All functional movement starts with your core. Get ready to sculpt, strengthen and burn all your core muscles. Add to that a fusion of intense cardio intervals and full-body strength exercises and this class will give you a superb, well-rounded workout. Modifications will be given for each exercise, so all levels are welcome.
Power Strength
Power Strength is a Barbell class that incorporates Simple Exercises, Power Lifts and Olympic Lifts to encompass a full body workout that will reduce fat, get you toned and jump start your metabolism. No strength training experience is necessary to take this class. Modifications will be given, all levels welcome.
S.W.A.T.
S.W.A.T. (Sweat, Work, Accelerate, Transform) is the unique circuit training workout that will take your cardio to the next level! SWEAT IT OUT on spin bikes, rowers, treadmills, SkiErg's and/or stairs then BUILD FAT BURNING MUSCLE using monkey bars, TRX bands, barbells, and more! Each 2-7 minute circuit will be a vigorous but fun challenge on a new piece of equipment. This class is guaranteed to fly by, while burning mega calories and boosting your metabolism for hours afterward. Modifications will be given, so all levels welcome!
Shredded
Shredded is a full body, high intensity, LOW impact workout experience designed to build lean muscle mass and get your metabolism revving for hours afterward. Heavier weights and bursts of LOW impact pulse-pounding cardio will push your body to the edge. Get ready to experience strength training bootcamp at it's finest! **The cardio portions of the class are designed with LOW impact exercises. In addition to weights for strength training, cardio equipment might include bands, step boxes, burn machines, dynamax balls, and partner drills. Modifications will be given for each exercise, so all levels are welcome.
Strength Boxing
Known as one of ENRGi's most phenomenal cardio workouts, Strength Boxing is perfect for those who like to SWEAT. Two pound weights for kicking & punching, combined with muscle toning sections equal the perfect storm for this "knock out" workout. **This is a fast paced cardio kickboxing class with easy-to-follow choreography. Proper form is a HUGE component to this format. Two pound weights are ONLY encouraged for those who have proper kickboxing form. If your form needs work or you are new to class, the instructor may ask you to put down your weights. All levels are welcome.
TRX Suspension Training
Have your muscles ever felt like jello after a workout? If not, allow us introduce you to Suspension Training. Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training will leverage gravity and your body weight to increase strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Only 16 spaces per class, so make your reservations in advance! Modifications will be given, but it is recommended that you have some workout experience and that you're able to hold a plank for at least 30 seconds.
TurboKick
TurboKick® pairs unique movement patterns, combinations and techniques work together to give you the ultimate cardiovascular workout that will melt fat and reshape your body! Each full body workout consists of a sport specific warm-up, higher paced intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training and a mind/body like cool-down designed to maximize weight loss! No kickboxing experience necessary, all levels welcome!
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow incorporates powerful yoga sequences to increase heart rate and build strength in the arms, back muscles, abdominals, inner & outer thighs, hamstrings and glutes. Challenge poses will be introduced to test and improve balance, focus and strength. A few minutes of relaxation at the end, and a general focus on lengthening muscles throughout the class, will leave you refreshed and energized. All levels of fitness and experience with yoga are welcome and modifications will be provided.

WERQ® is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on your favorite dance, pop, and hip-hop music. You will be shakin', movin', drop'n it like it's hot, and having a blast following the instructor through the choreographed songs that will burn tons of calories, all while tightening and toning your whole body. Each class concludes with balance and yoga style cool down to bring your body and mind back down to normal. No dance experience required, all levels are welcome.
Werq Old Skool
We're bringing it back to the Old Skool. From boy bands to hair bands to the illest MCs, WERQ Old Skool combines your favorite pop, rock, and hip hop beats from decades passed with fly dance moves for the freshest throwback cardio dance fitness class on the planet. Kick it, pop it, ride it, and rock it in WERQ Old Skool. No dance experience necessary. All levels welcome!
Warrior Conditioning
Ready to become a true workout warrior? This amazing, 50 minute, full body, circuit style workout will test the limit of your strength, endurance, balance, agility, and will power. You'll be put through a strength circuit utilizing weights, battle ropes, sandbags, medicine balls, kettlebells and more. Then you'll head upstairs to melt the fat with a cardio circuit incorporating treadmills, stationary bikes, rowers, and stairs! Some exercises will feature high impact exercises and/or lateral movements, so warriors with ankle, knee or back injuries please use caution. Modifications will be given for each exercise, so all levels are welcome.
Warrior Tabata
Our signature Warrior Conditioning playground meets High Intensity Interval Training. A circuit style workout utilizing weights, TRX, battle rope, sandbags, medicine ball, recoil bands, rowing machines, and more to electrify your body into warrior-like results. Tabata rounds will have you pushing past your comfort zone for thirty whole minutes of burn! Modifications will be given for each exercise, so all levels are welcome.

Waitlists
We highly encourage all clients to cancel when unable to attend a class. This can easily be done online under your account information OR by calling us at 312-846-6989. Drop-In clients will be charged the cost of a drop-in if class is not canceled 3 hours prior to class.
Reservations
Reservations are HIGHLY encouraged for all classes. Please arrive at least 5-minutes before class to lock in your spot. A minute after class begins, waitlists are opened. If there is room, waitlisted clients have priority over latecomers. Reservations open at 6AM, 7 days in advance. Must cancel reservation before the start of class for drop-in to be credited back to account; otherwise drop-in is forfeited.

Failed Payments
If your credit card on file is declined, ENRGi will contact you via email 3 times within a 2-week period of time. If the balance is not reconciled within 2-weeks of the failed payment, we will send your information to collections.
