Great food, poor service. After asking if I wanted pitas with my order, I got to my car and there were no pitas! I went back in the store and someone said they would get some, then forgot, then couldn't get anyone's attention. Employees look like they are half asleep. 10 minutes later, I had my pitas!

The service was excellent and due to the fact that it was our first time and we looked confused, he had us try samples of the meat and toppings before we decided. We were impressed by the quality and freshness of the food and LOVED the service! We will definitely be back!

Take your time ordering and ask to sample a taste before making a final selection--everything was fresh and delicious!

It is a little expensive for a wrap when places like Pita Hut, Pita Inn sell it for a $2 less.

Everything I tried was delicious! I'd recommend the original hummus over the red pepper hummus, I'd recommend the falafel's and chicken swarma, the rice, tzatzi, pickles, onions, cucumber and tomato salad, and garlic sauce are great choices as well! The only thing I didn't particularly care for was the tahini sauce.

I arrived about 8:30 p.m. on a night you close at 10 p.m. The male employee dishing up my food was very nice. The food that was supposed to be hot, chicken shwarma, falafel and couscous were cold, far below health code standards. The portions looked small compared to the plate dished up by the female employee for the guy behind me. The biggest complain is how I was spoken to by the female employee as I went back up to try the chips laying out at 9:30p.m. She said Mam those are samples, as if I couldn't have more than one of the three kinds, I said I was sampling, she said something else, I asked her if she wanted the chip back. Don't lose a repeat customer over snarky comments.

From Our Editors

I Dream of Falafel's health-conscious chefs craft a menu of fresh, locally sourced Mediterranean cuisine, customizing each selection to meet individual dietary needs. Preservative-free vegetarian dishes and slow-cooked meat treats materialize from such high-quality ingredients as house-made falafel, cage-free chicken, and premium AA beef sirloin that is never frozen or forced to time travel. After scanning the menu, diners create their own meals by pairing a made-from-scratch laffa bread, salad, or organic hummus base with a hearty protein and farm-fresh toppings such as sumac onions and tomato-cucumber salad. Available ingredients accommodate the tastes and restrictions of any appetite, with options for vegan, gluten-free, low-fat, low-carbohydrate, and high-chickpea diets.
