I've been here before and have really enjoyed my experience there. That is the reason I bought the group on. I walked in and and the cashier greeted me warmly asking if I needed help with anything. As soon as I said the word groupon her attitude completely changed. She Shoved the wine at me across the counter. The rest of the exchange involved one word commands at me in a condescending voice. 'Voucher?' '$4' Tax' I gave her my credit card. 'Cash only' and that was about it. Her attitude was awful. I felt like she thought I was an awful person got using my groupon. She left such a sour taste in my mouth, I don't think I'll be returning. If you don't want groupon users don't offer one.

The owner charged us another four dollars when we got there for "tax". I have never experienced that with a groupon, I think that should have been in the fine print somewhere.

Had a good beer selection and a nice variety of wine. Expand the beer selection as that is where the market seems to be headed. Also, people need more cheap options for wine - under $10 section would be nice.

The lady who was working was extremely rude and unhelpful. I had much higher expectations upon walking in and was even considering buying stuff above and beyond what the groupon covered, however, upon being treated as if I was a bother to the lady working here, I decided not to. She gave us 4 bottles of very dusty wine from a back room and put all bottles in ONE bag, when my friend asked for another bag to help me carry the wine bottles a couple miles back home, she rudely commented we didn't need another one and the bag would hold up. VERY RUDE AND WILL NEVER RETURN.

Good selection and competitively priced. I would suggest checking it out and forming your own opinion. I felt the woman working at the time was a bit pretentious and that is common with those who appreciate wine but there are so many more places I can go to spend my $$.

From Our Editors

What was supposed to be a vacation to Napa changed Christopher Libby’s life. Visiting California's thriving vineyards made him realize that life was too short to dislike his career, so he quit his job. He then enrolled in school, became an executive sommelier, and beat Liza Minnelli in a game of Rock, Paper, Scissors to win the right to name his wine shop Life’s A Cabernet. Inside, floor-to-ceiling cubbies highlight Libby's main fare—500 unique bottles of wine—though his shelves also display a collection of 75 craft beers, small-batch scotch and whisky, and handcrafted gin and tequila. In the spirit of wine appreciation, Christopher leads a club through which members receive a bottle of wine each month that he chooses, often a white, red, or bubbly vintage that pairs with the seasons.
