Pure Wellness' policy of capping its fitness classes at 10 students "had us at hello," says Time Out Chicago. Within the boutique studio's periwinkle walls, the intimate sessions accommodate individual attention, which is the backbone of the studio's philosophy, along with relatively error-free games of Telephone. The dedicated yoga and fitness instructors lend their skills in a variety of classes, including PureRestore, which teaches restorative yoga with stretching, and PureBalletBody, a combination of Pilates and ballet. Outside the studio, the staff extends a helping hand with services including private yoga lessons and personal training, diet advice, and life coaching for those stumped by big decisions, such as, "Paper? Or plastic?"
