Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our philosophy is to not De-Motivate people, because there really is no way to motivate people to get into shape. You either want to make it happen.....or you don't. We are there to make sure you get as quickly from Point A to Point B as possible in the safest possible way too.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The owner started as a 105lb, 6'2" beginner, built himself into a bodybuilder/fitness model, lost his way to balloon up to 330lbs and then he lost over 100lbs. So he has been on every end of the spectrum, making him very relate-able to everyone on their road in fitness. Helping people is in our DNA.

What do you love most about your job?
Everyone's story, everyone's path to being a better version of themselves is the biggest thrill of the job. Finding an individual path for all our clients is like figuring out a mystery. It makes everyone and every situation very engaging and exciting. We were born to do this at Unicus Fitness!
