Awful service. 2 bartenders were taking shots behind the bar alone and taking pictures of themselves instead of serving customers. Took 20 minutes to get a drink with 10 people, half of which already had drinks.

I was disappointed that I bought the Groupon based on the whiskey and food combo, only to have to use it for just alcohol. I will not be back since the place has not changed much except cosmetically from its previous establishment.

We were visiting Chicago and tried Whiskey Trust. Bartender was very nice. We each tried a different specialty drink and burger with different toppings. Both were very good! We'd go back if in town again.

The drinks were great, the bartender was really good but our food took over half an hour for two grilled cheese. The bread was soggy so it seemed like they forgot our order then rushed to finish it.

From Our Editors

Whiskey Trust treats guests to elegant whiskey cocktails made from non-GMO, organic Midwestern grain, hearty plates of juicy burgers, and a cultivated urban ambiance. Graffiti from street artist?and Banksy's most self-reflexive art project?Mr. Brainwash brings bare walls to life. Their garden and patio, mentioned in both Zagat and Eater, gives guests the opportunity to enjoy pub-fare feasts in the open air. Meanwhile, bartenders with post-doctorate degrees in mixology whip up craft beverages from barrel-aged rye and millet whiskey or organic vodka, while private party guests pass a secret entry for get-togethers in the private tasting room.
