Health coach and nutrition expert Theresa Grisanti's path to a healthy relationship with food hasn't been easy. Once while in college, and again after the birth of her children, Theresa found herself using food as an emotional crutch and putting her own health at risk. Both times, however, she was able to pull herself out, and in both cases, she sites her ability to establish a mind-body connection as the reason. Through her work, she aims to help others turn around their unhealthy eating habits, and she believes that the only way to fix bad habits is to understand where they stem from. With a focus on emotional healing and extensive nutrition education, Theresa aims to help guests find the correct combinations of foods and equips them with the knowledge necessary to make healthy choices.
