Thai cuisine is known for its strong aromas, eye-popping colors, and distinctive, spice-laden taste. Basil Bears arms pupils with the knowledge to create their own Thai dishes during 90-minute cooking workshops. These hands-on classes, held in a quaint building just off Findlay Market, let participants craft signature Thai staples such as spring rolls, and coconut curry, using an assortment of fresh meats and veggies. Back at home, students can re-create these dishes after double-checking their provided instructional DVD or flying to Bangkok for a quick lunch.
