Classes are led by Chef Dan and are held at the historic Findlay Market, Ohios oldest remaining indoor outdoor farmers market. Attendees can enjoy hundreds of shops and vendors before putting on their cooking apron. During the class, students can learn how to make three popular Thai curries: yellow paneng curry, red massaman curry, and green curry. At the end of their class, students eat their handiwork or take it home, along with an instructional DVD for practice.
