Certified personal trainer Betsy Carter didn't name her fitness program Concrete & Iron simply because those materials are strong. More important, they are supportive, and often form the foundation of beautiful architecture. Through one-on-one sessions and boot-camp classes, Betsy hopes to impart both concepts—strength and support—to her client base. She combines strength, cardio, and flexibility exercises to condition the entire body, and customizes her routines to suit any fitness level. Her expertise helps clients tackle a wide array of goals, from shedding baby weight to finding the willpower to work out regularly. She also uses her experience as a nutrition coach to integrate nutritional guidance into her teachings.
