According to Oriental legend, a team of five dragons would protect righteous people and their land in times of utmost need. The most powerful of these mythical creatures was the red dragon, who the people would call upon as a last resort when every other dragon was exhausted. Red Dragon's Grand Master Shihan Sensei Louis Casamassa, a 10th degree black belt, uses this legend to illustrate what Martial Arts really is: a last-resort means of defense for yourself and others, only to be called upon when necessary. In fact, as part of their Martial Arts training, students take a pledge to discipline their minds, care for others, and live by the code of the dragons. But if the time ever comes when they need to use their skills, they'll be able to draw from Casamassa's unique blend of the seven major martial arts styles, including Judo, Kung Fu, and Tae Kwon Do.
