The team at South Street Yoga and Nutrition believes everyone can benefit from yoga practice. Which is why they've worked hard to create a welcoming, non-judgmental learning environment where students of all skill levels can come to further their practice at their own pace. Dedicated instructors teach classes rooted in the vinyasa style—introductory-level sessions help beginners build a foundation for practice, while more advanced lessons challenge experienced students with faster-paced asana sequences that can feature inversions, deep back bends, and other physically demanding postures. For their customer's convenience, South Street Yoga and Nutrition has a free parking lot and shower and locker facilities.
