The chefs at Gunslinger's Saloon combine old-fashioned barbecue with gourmet ingredients to create a menu of flavorful smoked dishes. Guests can chow down sweet potato fritters or a B.L.T. with house-cured bacon and fried green tomatoes on the patio bar, called The Sling, or can share a dish of the cobbler-of-the-day in the welcoming dining room.
