Brewery, Winery & Distillery
The menu was over priced, we ordered the fried cod it was small and took along time. My normal favorite thing spanakopita, was ok, one whole corner hadn't spinach or feta. Taziki was good. It's too bad we love Greek and were excited to go there. I liked the booths lined by pillows.
I will go definitely go back!
If they want to succeed they going to have to lower their prices or add more for what you get and advertise a bit more
LOOKING FOWARD TO A RETURN VISIT.
Try to be less "high class" and more traditional Greek so that the people in the area will feel free to stop in for a quick bite to eat or a drink. If the atmosphere were less pretentious the hotel people might frequent the place more also.
Was a wonderful date night. It felt very Mediterranean!
My Greek beer was served warm, the calamari was very salty, my pork kabobs were very over cooked and my sisters lamb chops were very over priced for the portion she received

The chefs at Taverna Skara never stray far from garlic, tahini, olive oil, and other quintessential Greek seasonings. Chilled dips, such as hummus, and warm appetizers, such as grilled haloumi cheese, kick off meals before waiters bring out rich entrees, such as pastitsio, which layers thick pasta, ground beef, and béchamel sauce inside a traditional clay pot. As diners sip Greek and Napa wines, they settle into blue pillow-topped banquettes beneath a mural of Greek figures draped in togas sewn from some of Zeus’s old curtains.
