Is your business under the same ownership and offering the same service/product?If not, please elaborate on the exact changes? My business is under same ownership providing same services and products.
Was your business closed for any amount of time when relocating? If your business closure interrupted services for a specific timeframe, would you be willing to extend Groupon customer's expiration dates for that same timeframe? My business only closed last week so only one week of interruption of services and I am willing to honor any groupons that may still be out there. I am willing to work with any clients to extend expiration dates of coarse.
Is the number of vouchers marked redeemed in your Merchant Center up-to-date and accurate? If not, please update redemption, as we do not want to notify customers who have already used their Groupon voucher at your business? All of my vouchers are up to date with being redeemed.
Will any other contact info need to be changed (website, phone, etc)? Website and phone number is all staying the same.
